1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Jazz Artists on the Greens (jazzartists.co), operated by SCMedia Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Jazz Artists on the Greens is a pay-per-view and subscription streaming platform offering live and on-demand Caribbean concert content. We provide digital access codes that unlock video content hosted on our streaming platform.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be 18 years or older to make purchases.
4. Purchases and Access Codes
Upon successful payment, you will receive a unique access code by email. This code is personal, non-transferable, and grants you access to the specific content purchased. Access codes may not be resold, shared, or distributed.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via PayPal. You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Jazz Artists on the Greens including video, audio, images, and text is owned by SCMedia Ltd or its content partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: share access codes with others, attempt to circumvent content protection, use automated tools to access the platform, or engage in any activity that disrupts service to other users.
8. Limitation of Liability
SCMedia Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Jazz Artists on the Greens. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
